The Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment - Library housed at the 8th Floor of Sasthra Bhavan maintains an excellent and well equipped professional Research and Reference. This Library has a good collection of books and journals on subjects relating to Science, Technology and Environment. It also houses a Documentation Center with Reprographic facilities and provides support in documenting the reports and other such publications of KSCSTE. It is an arm of the Information Systems Division.
